Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Justice to pre-commit funds against capital account appropriations Court Facilities - Capital 3.3.01 in the amount of $9 million for the 2008/09 fiscal year to award the design build contract and fund other project related expenses for the Corner Brook Law Courts.
