Under the authority of section 7 of the College Act, 1996, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Jean Madill as President of the College of the North Atlantic, effective September 10, 2007, in accordance with the terms and conditions of a contract to be filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
