Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Gary Norris as Clerk of the Executive Council and Secretary to Cabinet, effective May 30, 2007, with salary at Step 33 of the 2676 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, on a personal basis.
