Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Roxie Wheaton to the status of Assistant Deputy Minister with responsibility for Regional Operations in the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, in a temporary capacity effective September 4, 2007 until March 31, 2008 or the return of the permanent incumbent, with salary at an appropriate step on the 1450 Point Scale in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016 for the duration of this assignment
