Under the authority of section 18 of the House of Assembly Accountability, Integrity and Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Honourable Tom Marshall, Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board, to the House of Assembly Management Commission, effective from a current date.

OC2007-006 and OC2006-385 are hereby rescinded.
