Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds of $157,700 in each of fiscal years 2008/09, 2009/10, 2010/11, 2011/12, 2012/13 to facilitate the award of a six (6) year contract with Xerox to a total value of $946,200 for two micro-enabled printers with year one funding being provided in the 2007/08 budget. 

OC2007-148 is hereby rescinded and replaced.
