Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit annual funding of $6,984,914 against its budgetary appropriations in fiscal years 2008-09, 2009-10 and 2010-11 respecting the St. Barbe – Blanc Sablon Ferry Service.
