Under the authority of section 112 of “An Act Respecting the Transfer of Securities,” SNL2007 cS-13.01 the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force on August 1, 2007.
