Under the authority of section 7(2)(d) and section 4(1) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant for Crown land comprising an area of 51 square metres in Channel-Port aux Basques in the Electoral District of Burgeo and La Poile to Darrell Hennebury and Judy Skinner Newman for the purpose of adding property for an existing residence, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
