Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $10,480,000 (USD) against its 2014-15 budget appropriations and $22,847,500 (USD) against its 2015-16 budget appropriations to facilitate the purchase of two waterbombers from Bombardier.
