Under the authority of section 3 of the Financial Services Appeal Board Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to remunerate members of the Financial Services Appeal Board at Level II of the Treasury Board Guidelines for Rates of Remuneration for Boards, Commissions and Agencies.
