Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation to enter into a lease with Econo-Malls Management Corporation for a new liquor store in the Grand Bay Mall, Port aux Basques at a rate of $15.00 per square foot ($64,500 per year) for an area of 4300 square feet of space, with a lease term of 10 years with 2 five year renewal options.
