Under the authority of section 35 of the Housing Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation to construct a new maintenance operations facility in St. John’s and to use $1.3 million of the March 31, 2007 uncommitted accumulated surplus to construct this facility.
