Under the authority of section 16(2)(d) of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Judge Timothy J. Chalker to the Judicial Council of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, during his tenure as President of the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Court Judges Association.
