Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to permanent positions in the Public Prosecutions Division, Department of Justice, with remuneration on the Solicitors’ Pay Plan as noted, and with benefits to include payment of practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador:

 i) Mr. Robert Sutherland to the position of Crown Attorney in the Crown Attorneys’ Office, Happy Valley Goose Bay, with remuneration at Level IV, Step 9;

ii) Mr. Mark Gillette to the position of Crown Attorney in the Crown Attorneys’ Office, Happy Valley Goose Bay, with remuneration at Level II, Step 5;

iii) Ms. Kristen O’Keefe to the position of Policy Advisor to the Public Prosecutions Division, with remuneration at Level IV, Step 2;

iv) Mr. William Cadigan to the position of Crown Attorney in the St. John’s Crown Attorneys’ Office, with remuneration at Level IV, Step 9; and

v) Ms. Tannis King to the position of Crown Attorney in the St. John’s Crown Attorneys’ Office, with remuneration at Level IV, Step 2.
