Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations in the amounts of
a) $10,390,500 in 2014-15,
b) $10,731,500 in 2015-16, and
c) $5,043,500 in 2016-17
 to facilitate the award of a contract to Labrador Marine Inc. for the operation of the Labrador Straits ferry service.
