Under the authority of section 4 of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992, following completion of the classification process, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to set the salary of Chief Browne at Step 16 of the 2136 Point Scale, effective the date of his appointment on March 17, 2006, with step progression in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016 to apply.
