Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $4,500,000 against its 2008-2009 budgetary appropriation for Phase III of the Trans Labrador Highway.
