Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to enter into a cost-shared forest access roads agreement with Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited, with a maximum government contribution in the 2007-08 fiscal year of $1,250,000.
