Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations up to $6,500,000 in 2014-15 to facilitate the award of a contract to Bell Aliant for centrex services and the award of a contract to Bell Mobility for mobile communications services.
