Under the authority of section 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works in consultation with the Minister of Health and Community Services to issue a Request for Proposals to obtain a new or used air ambulance.
