Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation to enter into a lease with Sobey’s Inc. for a new liquor store on Ropewalk Lane, for a 10 year term with a renewal option for a subsequent two terms of 5 years each, at a rate of $22.00 per square foot for 6,500 square feet of retail space ($143,000.00 annually).
