Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into a one (1) year agreement for the provision of Federal funding to the Province to fund an in-service for Victim Services staff to be held in St. John’s, October 2-4, 2007.
