Under the authority of sections 30 and 22 of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Kathie Thoms as a Member of the Board of Regents of Memorial University of Newfoundland, for a first term effective immediately to January 12, 2008, and for a second term upon reappointment from January 13, 2008 to January 13, 2011.
