Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown land comprising an area not to exceed 85 hectares, located at Grassy Point, Arnold’s Cove in the Electoral District of Bellevue, to Newfoundland LNG Limited for the purpose of storage and transshipment of liquid natural gas, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
