Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant for a portion of the shoreline reservation, comprising an area of 5 hectares located at Grassy Point, Arnold’s Cove, in the Electoral District of Bellevue, to Newfoundland LNG Limited for the purpose of a thermal radiation safety zone and construction of a wharf, mooring facility, tugboat basin, and related shoreline infrastructure, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
