Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $410,000 against its 2008-09 current account budgetary appropriations under Alterations and Improvements to Existing Facilities Block Funding Allocation for the purpose of an award of contract to replace the Heating/Ventilation Unit #3 at the College of the North Atlantic, Grand Falls-Windsor.
