Under the authority of sections 5(2) and 6(1) of the Hydro Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint Mr. Dean MacDonald as Director and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation, for a term effective immediately and expiring December 31, 2011, with the provision that he will serve until a replacement is appointed.
