Under the authority of section 5(2) of the Hydro Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint Mr. Ken Marshall and Mr. Thomas Clift as Directors of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation, each for a term effective immediately and expiring December 31, 2011, with the provision that each will serve until their respective replacements are appointed.
