Under the authority of sections 57 and 58 of the Mental Health Care and Treatment Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals as Chair and Members of the Mental Health Care and Treatment Review Board, effective from a current date for terms extending either 3 or 4 years following the Act (excluding Part IV) coming into force on October 1, 2007:

iii) Ms. Sandra M. Burke, until October 1, 2010;

v) Ms. Judy A. White, until October 1, 2011;

Four Physicians

vi) Dr. Delores S. Doherty, until October 1, 2011;

vii) Dr. Alec W. Brace, until October 1, 2010;
