Mental Health Care and Treatment Act
Under the authority of section 59 of the Mental Health Care and Treatment Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize remuneration for the Chair and Members of the Mental Health Care and Treatment Board in accordance with Level II of the Guidelines for Rates of Remuneration for Boards, Commissions and Agencies.
