Under the authority of section 5(2) of the Hydro Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Cathy Bennett as Director of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation, for a term effective immediately and expiring December 31, 2011, with the provision that she will serve until her replacement is appointed.
