Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funds against capital account appropriations under 3.2.02.06 (Health Care Facilities) in the amount of $23.6 million for the 2007/08 fiscal year; $26.4 million for the 2008/09 fiscal year; and, $8.5 million for the 2009-10 fiscal year for purposes of the Corner Brook Long Term Care Project.
