Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds starting in the 2007-08 fiscal year as necessary to award up to a five year lease agreement for government’s printing requirements, subject to the actual dollar value of the pre-commitment being determined based on the results of a Request for Proposals up to a total value not to exceed $585,000.
