Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Donald Keats as the Deputy Minister of the Department of Health and Community Services, effective November 5, 2007, on an interim basis, in accordance with a contract to be filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
