Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funds of $90,000 against its 2008/09 budgetary appropriation, to complete a clinical review of the Child, Youth and Family Services Program.
