Under the authority of section 11 of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement Act and section 4.11.7 of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to issue the necessary Order in Council to make the Regulations entitled, “Mineral Exploration Standards Regulations,” a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
