Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into a Project Funding Agreement with the Government of Canada, substantially along the lines of the copy attached to the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, respecting the coordination of family justice activities.
