Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Julia Mullaley as Assistant Deputy Minister – Royalties and Benefits in the Department of Natural Resources, effective November 19, 2007, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
