Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown land for an area not exceeding 92 hectares to 51710 Newfoundland and Labrador Limited in the Electoral District of Harbour Main – Whitbourne for the purpose of a residential subdivision to be situated at Little Goose Pond/Goose Pond, Whitbourne, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such grants
