Under the authority of section 3 of the Public Inquiries Act, 2006, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to establish the Commission of Inquiry on Hormone Receptor Testing and appoint Honourable M.A. Cameron as the sole member of the Commission, effective July 3, 2007, in accordance with the Order on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
