Executive Council Act
Under the authority of Prerogative of the Crown and upon the appointment of the Honourable Jerome Kennedy as Minister of Justice and Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby discontinues the appointment of Honourable Tom Marshall as Acting Minister of Justice for the purpose of the Cameron Commission of Inquiry.
OC2007-348 is hereby replaced.
