Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Justice to pre-commit funding in the amount of $10,393,743 for fiscal year 2008-09 in place of the $9 million previously approved by OC2007-302 for 2008-09, for the Corner Brook Law Courts.
