Under the authority of section 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development to issue a Request for Proposals for the provision of the telecommunications infrastructure and services to government and all public bodies that fall under the government of Newfoundland and Labrador.
