Under the authority of section 31 of the Provincial Offences Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the Regulations entitled, “Provincial Offences Ticket Regulations, 1999 (Amendment),” a copy of which are attached to the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
