Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds of up to $110,000 against its budgetary appropriations for 2008-09 to facilitate the extension of the contract to iMIRADOR Inc.
