Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to precommit funds in the amount of $5.3 million for the fiscal year 2008-09 against capital account appropriations under 3.1.08 (School Facilities – New Constructions and Alterations to Existing Facilities) for the purpose of the Herdman Collegiate Redevelopment Project.
