Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of paragraph 3(1)(f) of the Medical Care Insurance Act, 1999, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes disclosure of personal information held pursuant to the Medical Care Insurance Act, 1999, specifically name, address, telephone number and other demographic information for those individuals whose names appear in files held by the Provincial Public Health Laboratory and who are to be notified in response to a security occurrence, to the Minister of Health and Community Services and individuals designated by the Minister.
