Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to sign the “Canada – Newfoundland and Labrador Bilateral Agreement to Advance Aboriginal Sport Participation,” substantially along the lines of the document attached to the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, and any renewals/extensions of this agreement on similar terms and conditions without further reference to Cabinet.
