Under the authority of section 33 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the royalty commitments in the “White Rose Expansion Project Framework Agreement” with Husky Oil Operations Limited and Petro-Canada, substantially along the lines of the copy on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
